A Recommended Starting Point
Most participants choose the 4-session package, as it provides the time and space to develop meditation skills, build consistency, and integrate the practices into everyday life.
A one-off session is available if you'd prefer to start with a single session, but the package offers the greatest opportunity for lasting change and personal growth.
Externally Accredited Meditation Teacher — British School of Meditation
Accredited Meditation Teacher through the British School of Meditation.
Sessions are grounded in established meditation and mindfulness practices designed to support calm, clarity, and nervous system regulation.

Words From Participants

"The sessions gave me practical tools I could use in everyday life. I felt calmer, slept better, and found it easier to manage stress."

"I used to feel constantly busy and overwhelmed. Through meditation, I learned how to slow down, observe my thoughts, and create more balance in my life."
Susan
That's completely normal. Many people feel unsure at first. This session simply offers a chance to explore meditation in a relaxed way and see how it feels for you.
Yes, completely normal. Many people try meditation on their own and find it difficult to stay focused or consistent. In this session, we explore simple approaches that make meditation feel more natural and accessible.
That’s actually one of the main reasons people start meditation. The session helps you learn how to work with a busy mind rather than trying to force it to be quiet.
We’ll talk about this during the session and find something realistic that fits into your life. Even a few minutes a day can make a meaningful difference.

Whether you're completely new to meditation or looking to deepen an existing practice, you're welcome to get in touch.
Sessions are available online or in person in Norfolk.
