Most participants choose the 4-session package, as it provides the time and space to develop meditation skills, build consistency, and integrate the practices into everyday life.

A one-off session is available if you'd prefer to start with a single session, but the package offers the greatest opportunity for lasting change and personal growth.

FAQ

What if I'm not sure meditation will work for me?

That's completely normal. Many people feel unsure at first. This session simply offers a chance to explore meditation in a relaxed way and see how it feels for you.

I’ve tried meditation before and couldn’t do it. Is that normal?

Yes, completely normal. Many people try meditation on their own and find it difficult to stay focused or consistent. In this session, we explore simple approaches that make meditation feel more natural and accessible.

What if my mind is very busy?

That’s actually one of the main reasons people start meditation. The session helps you learn how to work with a busy mind rather than trying to force it to be quiet.

How often should I meditate after the session?

We’ll talk about this during the session and find something realistic that fits into your life. Even a few minutes a day can make a meaningful difference.
