Hi, I'm Carolina.
I'm an externally accredited meditation teacher, wellbeing practitioner and founder of Paths of the Mind.
I deliver practical wellbeing sessions that help people slow down, reconnect and develop sustainable tools for managing modern life.
My approach combines meditation, mindfulness, nervous system awareness and personal development in a way that is accessible, supportive and grounded in everyday experience.

Comfortable clothing, a notebook if you enjoy journaling, and anything you need to feel comfortable throughout the day. Full details will be provided before the retreat.
