Hi, I’m Carolina

Meditation teacher, wellbeing practitioner, and founder of Paths of the Mind.

I help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find steadiness in the middle of a busy life.

Through meditation, reflection, and gentle guidance, I support individuals in building a calmer, more present relationship with their minds.

Why I created Paths of the Mind

Paths of the Mind was born from my own journey of searching for clarity, peace, and deeper meaning in life.

Like many people, I experienced periods of stress, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm. Meditation became a way to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Over time, this practice transformed not only how I managed stress, but how I understood myself and the world around me. This personal experience eventually grew into a professional path — supporting others in developing the same sense of calm, awareness, and self-trust.

Today, Paths of the Mind is a space where people can explore meditation in a grounded, supportive way.

My background

I have been working in the health and wellbeing field for over 25 years, supporting individuals across a wide range of settings. My experience includes:

  • Personal training and movement-based wellbeing

  • Emotional wellbeing and stress management

  • Meditation and mindfulness facilitation

  • Group wellbeing sessions and workshops

  • Work with older adults, including individuals living with dementia

I have supported more than 1,000 people worldwide through group sessions, one-to-one support, and wellbeing programmes.

Supporting individuals across the UK and internationally through meditation and wellbeing guidance.

My approach

I believe meditation should be accessible, practical, and human.

You don’t need to be spiritual, experienced, or perfectly calm to begin.

Many people come to meditation feeling overwhelmed, distracted, or unsure if they are “doing it right.”

My role is simply to guide you gently and help you develop a practice that feels natural and supportive.

Every session is person-centred, meeting you exactly where you are.

What people often discover

Through regular meditation practice, many people begin to experience:

  • A calmer relationship with their thoughts

  • Improved focus and clarity

  • Reduced stress and emotional overwhelm

  • A greater sense of presence in everyday life

  • Deeper self-understanding

Meditation is not about escaping life — it’s about learning to meet it with more awareness and steadiness.

What if I'm not sure meditation will work for me?

That's completely normal. Many people feel unsure at first. This session simply offers a chance to explore meditation in a relaxed way and see how it feels for you.

I’ve tried meditation before and couldn’t do it. Is that normal?

Yes, completely normal. Many people try meditation on their own and find it difficult to stay focused or consistent. In this session, we explore simple approaches that make meditation feel more natural and accessible.

What if my mind is very busy?

That’s actually one of the main reasons people start meditation. The session helps you learn how to work with a busy mind rather than trying to force it to be quiet.

How often should I meditate after the session?

We’ll talk about this during the session and find something realistic that fits into your life. Even a few minutes a day can make a meaningful difference.
