Hi, I’m Carolina
Meditation teacher, wellbeing practitioner, and founder of Paths of the Mind.
I help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find steadiness in the middle of a busy life.
Through meditation, reflection, and gentle guidance, I support individuals in building a calmer, more present relationship with their minds.

My background
Personal training and movement-based wellbeing
Emotional wellbeing and stress management
Meditation and mindfulness facilitation
Group wellbeing sessions and workshops
Work with older adults, including individuals living with dementia
I have supported more than 1,000 people worldwide through group sessions, one-to-one support, and wellbeing programmes.

I believe meditation should be accessible, practical, and human.
You don’t need to be spiritual, experienced, or perfectly calm to begin.
Many people come to meditation feeling overwhelmed, distracted, or unsure if they are “doing it right.”
My role is simply to guide you gently and help you develop a practice that feels natural and supportive.
Every session is person-centred, meeting you exactly where you are.
A calmer relationship with their thoughts
Improved focus and clarity
Reduced stress and emotional overwhelm
A greater sense of presence in everyday life
Deeper self-understanding
Meditation is not about escaping life — it’s about learning to meet it with more awareness and steadiness.
That's completely normal. Many people feel unsure at first. This session simply offers a chance to explore meditation in a relaxed way and see how it feels for you.
Yes, completely normal. Many people try meditation on their own and find it difficult to stay focused or consistent. In this session, we explore simple approaches that make meditation feel more natural and accessible.
That’s actually one of the main reasons people start meditation. The session helps you learn how to work with a busy mind rather than trying to force it to be quiet.
We’ll talk about this during the session and find something realistic that fits into your life. Even a few minutes a day can make a meaningful difference.

If your mind is constantly racing and it’s hard to switch off, meditation can help you slow things down and create space between thoughts.

When life feels intense or stressful, meditation offers simple tools to settle the nervous system and reconnect with a sense of calm.

Many people feel drawn to meditation but don’t know where to begin. This session gives you a gentle introduction without pressure.
A meaningful part of my personal journey included walking the Camino de Santiago, an experience that deepened my relationship with reflection, silence, and presence.
