Hi, I’m Carolina
Meditation teacher, wellbeing practitioner, and founder of Paths of the Mind.
Meditation didn't enter my life because everything was going well.
It entered my life during a period of searching, challenge, and change.
Over the years, I've explored different approaches to wellbeing, personal growth, and self-understanding.
Along the way, I discovered something simple but powerful:
Sometimes we don't need to become someone new.
We need to find our way back to ourselves.
That understanding became the foundation of Paths of the Mind.

For many years I searched for ways to understand myself more deeply and create a greater sense of balance in my life.
That search eventually led me to meditation, mindfulness, personal development, and the Camino de Santiago.
Walking hundreds of kilometres across Spain taught me something that continues to guide my work today:
There is no single path.
Each person finds their own way.
Some people find it through stillness.
Some through reflection.
Some through challenge.
Some through nature.
What matters is discovering the path that works for you.

The Turtle Way
The turtle has become an important symbol in my life.
Not because it moves quickly.
Quite the opposite.
The turtle moves slowly.
Not because it lacks direction.
But because it doesn't rush the journey.
In a world that often encourages speed, constant productivity, and immediate results, it reminds me that meaningful change rarely happens overnight.
Real growth takes time.
One step.
One breath.
One day at a time.
The turtle doesn't rush.
It doesn't compare itself to others.
It simply continues along its path.
Meditation is much the same.
It isn't a race to become someone different.
It's a gradual practice of returning to yourself, again and again, with patience, awareness, and compassion.

That's completely normal. Many people feel unsure at first. This session simply offers a chance to explore meditation in a relaxed way and see how it feels for you.
Yes, completely normal. Many people try meditation on their own and find it difficult to stay focused or consistent. In this session, we explore simple approaches that make meditation feel more natural and accessible.
That’s actually one of the main reasons people start meditation. The session helps you learn how to work with a busy mind rather than trying to force it to be quiet.
We’ll talk about this during the session and find something realistic that fits into your life. Even a few minutes a day can make a meaningful difference.
