Start with a 60-minute introductory session - Begin by understanding your mind

A one-to-one guided session to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, experience meditation, and understand how this work can support lasting change.

A calm and supportive first step

Beginning something new can feel uncertain — especially when stress or mental exhaustion has been present for a long time.

This session offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and gently experience meditation.

No previous experience is needed

— only openness and curiosity.

  • Duration: 60 minutes
    Format: In person or online

When the nervous system settles,

awareness becomes possible

Many people live with constant mental noise, emotional tension, or anxiety that never fully switches off.

When the nervous system settles, clarity and awareness naturally become easier to access. From this calmer state, learning meditation becomes possible.

This 60-minute session is often the beginning of a deeper process

Lasting emotional stability and clarity come through consistent meditation practice over time. The introductory session allows you to experience the training and determine whether you feel ready to continue into the full 12-week meditation program.

Some people feel ready to continue immediately. Others take time to integrate the experience.

There is no pressure. Only the opportunity to begin.

If you feel overwhelmed or need immediate support, you may prefer to begin with a shorter regulation session.

A 30-minute Nervous System Regulation Session is available for those who feel they need immediate support in calming the nervous system.

This can be a gentle first step before a full introductory session.

Testimonials

“I was overwhelmed and honestly didn’t know what I needed, I just knew I couldn’t keep going the way I was. Carolina didn’t push or tell me what I should be doing. She listened, and adapted everything around me. Some days it was sound, some days breath, some days just slowing down. Over time, I felt calmer, more grounded, and more like myself again.”

“I came to this feeling exhausted and anxious at the same time. My mind wouldn’t switch off, and feeling calmer felt impossible. What surprised me was how safe I felt straight away. I didn’t have to ‘do’ anything. The sound, Carolina’s voice, the energy — something in my body just let go. I slept properly for the first time in weeks.”

I’d tried meditation before and always felt like I was failing at it. This was different. I learned that slowing down was what my nervous system system actually needed. The practices stayed with me outside the sessions, especially when life got stressful.
